Parent Child Home Program: FREE Books and Toys for children 16 mo. to 3 years old this fall. PCHP is a home visiting program. A trained Home Visitor will bring FREE books and toys for your child to keep. They read, play, and do art activities with your child and you to help your child be ready to learn in school.
